During the Osaka Expo, we will be serving spicy dishes in conjunction with the pavilions of participating countries.

The theme from May 21st to June 15th will be "Ireland Pavilion."

[Selectable main dish]

  • Spiced Guinness stew with beef thigh ~green onion and spring onion sauce~

The Irish Pavilion was built based on the ancient triskelion motif.

The triskelion symbol represents "Ireland as a nation," "our relationship with Japan," and "creative collaboration."

Inspired by this, we combined ingredients and cooking techniques from Ireland and Japan.

The beef round is prepared with plum vinegar to add a sour taste, and then simmered in spices and Guinness beer to create a deep flavor.

The sauce uses green onions and spring onions, combining the flavors of Europe and Japan.

  • Crispy sauteed golden-eyed snapper with seaweed cream sauce and tea jelly

The scales are carefully grilled with oil until fragrant. You can enjoy the contrast between the crispy skin and the moist flesh.

The fragrant tea jelly is a homage to Ireland, where tea culture is deeply rooted.

A Japanese seaweed sauce is floated on top of a mellow cream sauce thickened with potatoes, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors as you mix the sauce.

To add flavor and texture, we added roasted coconut flakes and semi-dried mushrooms that have been oven-dried to remove moisture.
